Murrays Beach Sunset Retreat

This house is at the lakeside of Murrays beach, a resort style environment with peaceful neighbourhood. Murrays Beach by Lake Macquarie is a great place to relax, winding down from hustle bustle city life. This property is a split level house with guests on the first floor with separate entry. The entire guest suite has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate laundry room, guests have own living and dining area. There are public BBQ facilities at the beach, children’s bike track and walkway along the lake. It only takes 5 mins from here to walk to the lake and the public jetty, where is photographers’ favourite spot for Lake Macquire’s sunset. Please be noted the guest rooms are in the same dwelling as the host, but completely seperate downstairs, while the host lives upstairs with minimal interruptions. 2 bedrooms with queen beds (master bedroom with ensuite), 1 room with 2 single beds, The balcony has a kitchenette with gas cook top, electric oven, microwave, fridge, also a full set of outdoor furniture, you can enjoy the lakeview while preparing your food and chatting to your friends and family. We aim to leave our guest enjoy their holiday, but if any assistance is required, we are always happy to help, as we live at the upper level of the house. Murrays Beach is a quiet and peaceful lakeside neighborhood, it's full of holiday atmosphere, it's within 10 min drive to Swansea shopping centres, there is a Lakehouse Cafe in walking distance, which serve from breakfast to dinner. Driving is the main method of getting around, there is a small parking bay right in front of our property which can park 6 cars. 3 easy steps up to the verandah/entry, there s sensor light for night time, but it's recommended to our guests to mind their steps in dark.
