Beautiful Adelaide hills Property.

We have a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage attached to our family home. It is recently renovated, very clean with a kitchen, a perfect space for up to 6 people . We can fit more people if needed with pull out couches and single Futton. A beautiful, peaceful setting on a hobby farm, 30 mins to Adelaide & the beach! There is a King bed in the main room. Two singles in the second room, the third room has 2 purposes a second living area or a 3rd bedroom with a very comfortable pull out queen sofa bed. We can fit more than 6 if required there is 2 single futons so room a few extra adults or 2 children, however the futons are in the living area and best for children. There is a new pool table, large screen TV and stereo, a spa bath. As well as a detached gym with a far- infared Sauna. The kitchen has an induction 4 burner stove , however does not have a full size oven, we have a large barbecue available and a counter top oven but it's not that big, there is a large crockpot, plenty of cupboard space and a normal fridge, I only write about the oven just in case you had planned cooking in lots of meals. Two modern bathrooms will make showering or bathing enjoyable. It has an outdoor area that provides seating and BBQ for that place to relax and take in the view of farm land and enjoy peace and quiet. Also has full laundry facilities, as well as ducted air conditioning, and heating. You can even swim and relax by the dam. We have lots of pets so probably best if you like animals, our dogs are fenced in the back yard so will not bother you as your lawn area is out the front , unless you wanted to go say hi to them which they would love. You have the original home/ dwelling to yourself, it is attached but very private with 3 bedrooms, laundry room, kitchen lounge area and a detached gym. You have a private entrance to come and go as you please. We live on the property but completely respect your privacy. We believe in privacy. We will leave you to it unless you need something (but am sure you won't), we are right next door as it adjoins the main house so if you need anything we will be here. The peace and quiet and privacy of the area is amazing. You can sit outside and enjoy the surrounds and relax without being bothered by any of the worries that your normal day entails. There are many wineries only a short drive as well as great places to dine. If you enjoy nature than you will love it here, the bird life is amazing and lots of beautiful walking trails in kipo forest Your own transport is best, the location is amazing and well worth the drive. 1/2hr to the city of Adelaide, 1/2hr to Aldinga beach. It is an out of way place but central to many great places in the Adelaide Hills. enjoy the Birds and horses galloping in the paddocks!!!
