Down town artist suite .Beautifull and newly remodeled upstairs apartment with off street parking and private entrance. The Luxurious bathroom, modern and unique finishes make this space a one of a kind place to kick back. One block from farmers market and food coop, and the entrance to exploring the historic and rumbling down town. Location within 1 mile of two hospitals , Viterbo university and WWTC make this a prime location for work or play! The home is an upstairs unit of a duplex and does require one flight of stairs. This newly remodeled home includes all if the amenities for guests to feel at home while away from home. Kitchen is well stocked with all things needed for cooking a gourmet meal. Sit at the breakfeast bar and chat, hook up to the wifi and complete some computer work or sip a cocktail. Pull out a chair at the dining room table for more intimate dining. The living room has comfortable furnishings, smart TV with amazon prime movies and Netflix. Plenty of books on the shelf and some games to birth laughter. Beds are very comfortable gel memory foam and linens are always fresh and clean. Bathroom includes a beautiful walk in shower with rainfall shower head and elegant touches. Washer and dryer for your traveling needs. We have bikes and lock for use to tour around town and are always here to send you in the right direction! Cheers Upon arrival guests will have one off street parking space in the alley. Guests will receive a personal access code to gain enrty to home and code will be permitted only for reservation period. To use lock place hand over touch screen. Numbers will appear. Enter code provided In rental confirmation then press check lower left corner. Lock will unlock. To lock after leaving simply place hand over key pad and lock will engage. Guests will have the entire space to themselves. The building is a duplex and my wife myself and two children live downstairs. Our daughter us 6 and son is 2 so children are welcome to stay and play! Let us know how we can help make your stay great! Public transportation is widely used in town. There is a bus stop directly across the street or head to bus depot 1/2 mile from the house for local or charter bus arrivals and departures. The house is located on the edge of downtown. We have a couple of bikes for guests who want to use them and go Cruz around town or bike around the marsh trails. People's food coop is one block as well as Cameron park which hosts seasonal farmers markets fridays and Saturday morning. Down town has many shops and eats to explore with and exciting nightlife for those who wander. Riverside park on the Mississippi river is less then 1 mile and caters a relaxing or energetic day joined with the thursday night concert series called moon tunes to make for an awesome day. Take a trek over the bridges to pettibone park where one can rent water craft, take a dip in the river, play volley ball or enjoy the 18 hole disc golf course. Too it off and head down the road to the pettibone boat club for a cocktail by the docks. Lacrosse has lots to offer just ask I will send you on your way!
