About Studio 1: Self-contained motel-style room with king-size bed, a set of bunk beds, and ensuite bathroom. The studio is modern, recently upgraded, stylish, spacious taking care of every comfort in mind. Appliances: microwave, toaster, hot water jug, fridge, crockery/cutlery/glasses, etc. Off-street car parking available. This studio will be great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). The studio sleeps up to 4 people. But i've got some useful tips for you :) Restaurant & Cafes: For your comfort your room is equipped with all the basics such as fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Should you wish to eat out, here are some of our favourite spots: • Hunt Club Hotel – our local pub which is famous with locals and tourists & only a 1-minute walk from our accommodation • Merrijig Motel Inn – great for Pizza’s, drinks and anyone feeling like bar food. Here you will also find a bottle shop, local convenience store and snow chain and ski equipment hire (2 min drive away) • Merimbah Café , Mansfield Bakery OR Mansfield Coffee Merchant are good spots for Breakfast / Local Café . • If you fancy enjoying your Wine with Views of Mt Buller, Local Vineyard - Delatite Vineyard would be a perfect choice. (Good views and expensive wine) • Bangkok Corner , Highett St takes care of your craving for Thai Food. • Also, you can spoil yourself with take home Pizza / Kababs or Fish n’ Chips from locals such as: Mansfield pizza , Culture kabab and fish n’ chips shop in Mansfield. • Mansfield Town – Mansfield Town is the closest town with plenty of restaurant and café options. Mansfield is just a 10-minute drive from our accommodation. Things to see and do during your stay: • If you are travelling between June and October, you are obviously here to enjoy the snow season at Mt Buller. • Bindaree Falls, Craigs Hut, Mt Sterling , Lake Nillahcootie are some other local attractions you could explore. • Horse riding – High Country Horse rides or McCormack’s Mountain Valley Trail rides for those wanting to see some of the beautiful high country on horseback. • Mansfield Zoo – great for families. • Delatite Vineyard would be a perfect choice. (Good views and expensive wine) • Alpine National Park – a 45-minute drive away Alpine National Park is Victoria’s largest national park and popular among hiking enthusiasts We are looking forward to hosting your family ..
