The Annexe (on C2C)

A newly built annexe with its own entrance and small garden in the peaceful Cumbrian village of Winskill. Phenomenal views over the Pennines, and Lake District fells. Just by the C2C cycle route with secure bike storage available. Outdoor heated swimming pool a few minutes walk (summer months, but this is closed for the 2021 summer due to covid), plus a fantastic playground even closer to hand. Brand new sofa bed and bunk bed mattresses installed March 2019. The house and annexe are newly built. The windows look over farm land to Cross Fell and the northern Pennines. Very rural and peaceful. The annexe has plentiful parking. We have a large and secure garage for cycle storage if required. The local area is quiet and rural, but there are a range of pubs, village shops, Post Office, recreation grounds, outdoor heated pools, cafes and bakery all within easy travelling, as well as the Carlisle-Settle railway. The coast to coast cycle route passes the end of the road into the village. There is easy access to the Pennines and Lake District for a range of outdoor activities.
