Cozy loft in country cottage

A small home in a beautiful small town country setting, about 15 minutes drive to a larger metropolitan area. Accessible to hiking - 5 minutes away, boating. and skiing activities 45-60 minutes away and Utah State University 20 minutes away. This is a small cottage in a semi rural area with mountain trails close by. The loft is partially open but closes off with a partition. The kitchen, washer and dryer are available. My cat and I are the only other ones who live here so at times you will have the whole space to yourself. The vaulted ceilings give the smaller space a larger feel. I have wonderful neighbors and there are two pet deer in the adjoining lot behind the house. They are beautiful and very quiet. The area has the feel of a beautiful little hamlet in the country. In order to get around you will need a car. There is no public transport and town is about 15 minutes drive away. I do have a cat which spends a lot of time outside. If guests are not cat people the cat will be kept in a separate area.
