PAKACHOAG HOUSE- 3000SF - Beautiful, Private Space
This 1950 built beautiful rustic home is located five minutes from the center of Auburn. This property is situated in a quiet dead-end street. Come and enjoy the large bedrooms, a few nice sitting and dining areas and a convenient kitchen. Two Minutes walk to golf course, recreation, wooded areas and hiking. Five minutes drive to all major highways: Hwy-90, Hwy-295, Hwy-395 and shopping. 45 minutes to Boston & Wachusetts Ski area, 3 hrs to NY City and 2.5 hrs to Cape Cod. You are going to enjoy a 3000 SF of private and gorgeous living-space. The house has wooded floors all around and is decorated with beautiful floor rugs. The first floor itself is about 1500 SF and has a foyer, 3 sitting areas, a full kitchen, a dining area and a half bathroom. This area has large glass-doors which lead to a large deck. You are welcome to dine outside on the deck which has a large glass dining table, six chairs and an umbrella. Enjoy the nature and tall pine trees from the deck while having your breakfast. Or you can simply sit and relax or read a book. All four bedrooms are on the second floor. Two out of the four bedrooms are EXTRA, EXTRA large and they come with attached bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a washer/dryer which you can utilize. All four bedrooms are beautifully decorated. Enjoy the serene views through the windows from all bedrooms. We also provide clean white towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, hand-lotion, facial tissues, hand-towels and others. The beds will have washed, clean sheets, covers and pillowcases. Every time a guest leaves, we take the sheets, covers and pillowcases out and replace them with clean sheets, covers and pillowcases. The beds are clean every time. This is what we expect when we walk into a great hotel. You get all those features and more with this beautiful and peaceful Pakachaog house. You will have a few sitting and dining areas on the first floor. The entire kitchen is available to make your meals and sit down and have dinner. The fridge will have starter supplies of fresh fruit juices, milk, bread, cereal, butter, jelly, and coffee that the guests can use. If you are into reading, there are plenty of books to entertain you. The house is on a dead-end street annexing a congregational church and a recreational area. You can go on quiet walks or even hike and enjoy the beautiful scenery around this place. You can park in tandem two large vehicles (cars, suvs or pickups) on the driveway. You can also park on the street. However, during winter, on snowy days, you have to remove the vehicle from the street and make room for town-plows to do their job. POOL I S NOT AVAILABLE ** Please note - We are sorry to say, for COVID and several other reasons usage of pool is prohibited. However, guests could use the deck and the gas grill ** ** Please also note that the primary guest and the accompanying guests are solely responsible for their safety when being at the house, the deck, using the grill, being around the pool and using all household equipment. The host and his or her assigns are not liable what-so-ever for any injuries or harm caused to a guest or guests by staying at this property and using all the amenities it has to offer ** Private access to a 3000 square feet of private space on 1st and 2nd floors of the house; Kitchen (1), Dining (2), Living rooms(2), Family room(1), Bed rooms(4), all other areas including the deck, gas-grill and furniture on the deck. Note: Access to Garage and Basement is not available for guests. Both areas are used by the host. My husband and I will be available to provide any help at anytime. Auburn, Massachusetts is a beautiful town. It is clean and safe too. Pakachoag House is in a very safe area on a dead-end street and surrounded by trees. *** Minimum Stay is 5 Days *** Shoes and boots are not allowed inside the house. They must be left at front foyer.
