The AJO terrace studio is located in a quiet area of Vienna, near the river / lake "Alte Donau". The terrace overlooks the garden. The studio is equipped with two single beds, a sofa bed, a dining table, 2 chairs, a kitchenette with an induction electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, satellite TV, coffee maker and kettle. The apartment has free WiFi. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. The studio has a terrace overlooking the lake. The AJO Terrace Studio is located in a quiet part of Vienna, directly next to the lake/river "Alte Donau" and close to two U1 metro stations (Alte Donau and Kagran), and the largest indoor shopping center of Austria. You can reach the nearest metro station "Kagran" within 10 minutes. From there you can reach the city center and its famous sights in 10 minutes. The short-term parking zone is valid in Vienna from Monday to Friday from 9am to 10pm (excluding public holidays). Parking is only possible with a parking ticket. The 22nd district is especially popular for business travelers, sight-seeing tourists and fashion shoppers. Vienna's Donaustadt, a district with modern and forward-looking architecture against the backdrop of Vienna's skyline offers a breathtaking sight. It connects the proximity to the city center with the peace and quiet of a recreation area. The connection between these two opposites is one of the major highlights of this studio! The public transport hub Kagran is in close proximity (about 8-10 minutes on foot). Here you have access to the U1 metro line, the tramline 25, Nightline N25 and the Vienna Airport line 1183 Please note that we do not have a reception! We offer you a comfortable self-check-in without waiting times from 3 p.m. You will receive all the necessary information from us by e-mail - contact and e-mail registration of all arriving guests is required by law up to 48 hours before arrival! Earlier check-ins or later check-outs are possible on request, prior confirmation by us and at additional costs! We recommend our personal all-inclusive service with airport pick-up and check-in service for only 60 euros, even after 6 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. (Price for 4-6 people - this service must be booked in advance on request and confirmed by us, only cash payment possible!)
