A stand alone dwelling, with separate entrance, own private garden and deck, brand new modern bathroom, and open plan, stylish living with luxurious Queen size bed. Pt Wells General Store famous fish & chips & burgers, are walking distance away. In a quiet location, swim or paddle board off the nearby jetty, cycle the rural pathways, visit local vineyards & breweries. Only 5 km away from beautiful Omaha white sandy beach. Modern bathroom with black, Methven bathroomware. Double glazed windows and black framed doors lead to a deck, overlooking trees with native tui & kereru birds. The perfect place to enjoy the sun with a book. Bar fridge (with small freezer), toaster, tea & coffee making facilities. Fast Wifi. Ideal for couples or singles wanting peace and serenity. Linen & towels are provided. Cleaning is done to Air BnB covid protection levels, for a spotless, hygienic clean. The dwelling is separate to the host's dwelling, on a large private section. There is ample free parking on the quiet & safe street & one car park, down the driveway, close to The Boatshed. We will not bother you (independent entrance & garden area). We are available to answer any questions about the area. A very relaxed and friendly community, on the shores of the beautiful Whangateau peninsula, with popular Omaha beach, close by. Point Wells is a flat area, perfect for cycling, walking, and just enjoying the birdsong & rural surrounds. There is a local park with a basketball & tennis court. Swimming, fishing & boating are all popular pastimes. Try a friendly game of bowls, at the local bowling club (summertime). Matakana is approximately 10 minutes away, by car. There is a bus service, from Omaha and Matakana (check bus times, as it is infrequent). Driving is preferable to get to Point Wells. However, once you arrive, you will find walking and cycling the easiest forms of getting around. The area is all flat, with lovely walks around the water's edge - just along the road, from The Boatshed. Please note that The Boatshed is not waterfront, but an easy walking distant from the boat ramp and water (just down the road). We are fully vaccinated and boosted with the Pfizer vaccine.
