Cosy 1 bed apartment with king bed located in quiet inner city suburb. Only a few kms to Newcastle’s beautiful beaches, harbour, bike/walking tracks to Honeysuckle bar and restaurant precinct. Shared courtyard. wifi. TV. Aircon. Only 45 mins to beautiful Port Stephens and 50 mins to the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Our space is best suited to 2 guests but we can accomodate 2 adults & 1 child if sleeping in the same bed. Comfortable lounge for 3rd adult if needed at a squeeze. Our house is a lovely cottage style house built in the late 1800s with loads of character. It has been split down the middle and turned into two separate studio apartments. We share a common wall, kind of like terrace houses do. Both apartments have their own seperate entrance, kitchen, lounge room, bedroom and bathroom. Please note the bathroom is through a seperate entrance in the undercover courtyard, 3 steps from your door. It is your own private bathroom, not shared. We love how centrally located Tighes Hill is to Newcastle cbd, some of Australia’s most beautiful beaches, as well as restaurants, funky cafes, bike tracks, harbour, supermarkets. It’s an inner city suburb but very quiet, leafy and relaxed. So close to the city without feeling like you’re in the city. Getting around is easy, you can walk, bike, bus, drive or uber to where ever you need to go. Nothing is too far away. The bathroom is through an undercover courtyard, 3 steps from your door. Please note, it is your own private bathroom, not shared.
