Located on the border of Savoy and Haute Savoie, the Gypaète is a beautiful chalet of 220 m² all comfort and fully equipped, which can accommodate 15 people. The chalet is located in a very peaceful environment with an exceptional view of the Val d´Arly and the Aravis range. The chalet is in the town of La Giettaz, 3 km from the ski slopes (Station Le Plan on the Domaine des Portes du Mont Blanc) and 5 km from the Col des Aravis (hiking start). Our chalet has obtained the Clévacances 3 Clés guarantee. It is labeled 3 stars. You will find 8 bedrooms in this chalet, spread over the 3 levels, 4 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a 5th shower in the utility room (washing machine and dryer). There are 4 toilets in the chalet. On the first floor, there is a huge living room with 3 separate spaces: the fully equipped kitchen open to a large dining area and then a lounge area around an insert where you can enjoy a good fireplace. A small separate TV lounge is also located on this floor. Several balconies allow you to enjoy very beautiful views. Internet is provided. 4 parking spaces. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
