One bedroom single storey apartment (35m2) with balcony and optional garage. It is located on the 1st floor of our beautiful listed Haussmannian building (10 apartments), secured by vidéo monitoring 24/24h in a renovated shopping avenue at 150m from the historical center, 250m from the Poets' garden, market crossroads, 850m from the train/bus station (travel time: 7 minutes) and 20 minutes from the beaches. The apartment includes ; -a 20m2 beautiful living room with two double glazed French windows with shutters with direct access to a small balcony (overlooking the courtyard of the building), 140x190 sofa-bed, dining area, large wardrobe, HD TV with digital channels, (160 French and foreign channels,) WIFI (optical fiber). -a fully equipped open kitchen (built-in refrigerator with freezer compartment, pyrolysis oven, microwave, ceramic hob with 4 fireplaces, coffee maker with filter and capsules Bosch Tassimo, boiler, toaster, and electric citrus press). -a small bedroom with double glazed window (overlooking the inner courtyard of the building), two 80x190 need that can be twinned on request into a 160x190. -a bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit, WC, washing machine and cleaning set. We provide you with free of charge ; -household linen, bed linen, towels (treated by a laundry in the strictest respect of hygiene rules) -shower gel, shampoo, cleaning kit and some common products -equipment for children under two years of age (on request) such as a cot, high chair, changing table, bathtub etc... We can also offer you, subject to availability; -a parking space (for vehicles less than 2m high) in one of our two covered garages located on the ground floor of our building for an additional fee of 7€ per day. I also have efficient technicians capable of performing any type of intervention. Avenue Saint Saëns is one of the most beautiful avenues in Béziers where you will find the congress centre. The apartment is only at ; -100m from the alleys Paul Riquet of its superb beautiful square, bars, restaurants, shops and the beginning of the historic district. -300m from the magnificent garden of the poets. -850m from the Polygone shopping centre (with multi-screen cinema), from the train and bus station (7 minutes to the apartment). I highly recommend as sites of interest; 1-The city centre of Béziers On the eastern banks of the Orb is dotted with religious buildings and historical monuments. 2. The locks of Fonseranes The Fonseranes locks are a set of eight locks with eight ovoid-shaped basins which constitute the third most visited tourist site in the former Languedoc-Roussillon region. 3. The Beziers Arena It is in this historic site that many cultural events are held, including concerts throughout the year. 4. Saint-Nazaire Cathedral Built on the site of an ancient Roman temple, this Gothic style building was erected on a rocky promontory. 5. The Canal du Midi You can walk or cycle along the banks, or rent a boat to navigate the canal waters from Béziers to Marseillan or from Béziers to Toulouse. 6-The gardens of St Adrien Voted "Favourite Garden of the French" (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) on France 2, this landscaped garden has been built on several levels, in a quarry dating from the Middle Ages, to offer a refreshing stopover under the sign of magic and serenity. 7-Pézenas Pézenas is a city of Art and History with a beautiful heritage: many private mansions from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, such as the Hôtel de Lacoste, the Hôtel de Malibran or the Hôtel d'Alfonce. And pretty cobbled streets lined with craft shops lend themselves to strolling. Pézenas also has the peculiarity of having been Molière's place of residence in the 17th century. 8-Castle of Cassan At the Château-Abbaye de Cassan you will find a 12th century Romanesque church, a majestic semicircular building, the last vestige of the medieval Priory, and its 18th century monastery building, designed according to the impeccable canons of classical aesthetics which earned it the name of "little Versailles in Languedoc" . 9-The Thau Lagoon The Etang de Thau is the largest lagoon in the Languedoc. It is a major attraction for the inhabitants of its superb banks as well as for visitors and has given rise to a series of craft activities including oyster farming. 10-Saint Guilhem le désert A spiritual stopover on the Way of Saint James, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert is a small medieval town that is one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France. 11-Mourèze Situated in the heart of the Hérault department in the Occitanie region in the south of France, Mourèze is a charming little village of 200 inhabitants which offers you a breathtaking landscape, unique in France! 12-Lac du Salagou It is the family destination par excellence since everyone can find what they want among the many activities such as wine tasting of the Causses-et-Veyran estates in the Saint-Chinian country and the many water sports and hiking activities. You don't really need a car to discover Béziers but we recommend it to discover the beautiful sites of this beautiful region among which : 1.
