A clean and bright, newly-renovated apartment, only steps from the beach! During your stay, enjoy panoramic views of Boka Bay from every room, especially impressive when enjoyed on the large balcony. Completely renovated in 2019, this apartment is clean and comfortable. You'll immediately love the large balcony with comfortable seating, an ideal spot for a sunset and a coffee or drink. You might spend most of your stay out here! ;) Within the living room/kitchen area, you'll find a comfortable, new couch that extends into a full-sized bed, Smart TV and reliable fiber optic internet access. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer, plus a full set of plates, bowls, cups, mugs and silverware. You'll also find pans and other utensils for cooking—along with a drip coffee maker for caffeination. Also within this area is a loft above the couch, accessible by steps, that leads to a queen size bed, shelving and enough electric outlets to charge your devices. In the bathroom, you'll find a large mirror, toilet and shower along with a convenient washer for your clothing or beach towels. There's plenty of storage to keep all your essentials during your stay. In the bedroom, there's an incredibly comfortable new queen size bed with pillows, sheets and blankets. For your clothing, shoes and luggage, there are two massive closets that can hold everything you need for your stay. As frequent travelers and Airbnb users ourselves, we've worked to create a space that is as clean, comfortable, modern and enjoyable as any place we'd like to stay. If you're looking for the relaxing, scenic spot to enjoy your holiday or vacation, this is it! The area around the apartment is walkable, safe and convenient with a long walking path starting in front of the apartment and leading all the way to Perast or, in the other direction, to the town of Risan. There is also a bus line that stops in front of the apartment, however, we cannot verify frequency of service. Taxis are available. For longer trips to surrounding cities or areas, a rental car is highly recommended. There is public parking behind the building. If you're looking for a slower, quiet part of Montenegro, this is it. Risan is a small town with a number of good restaurants, beaches and stores. The apartment is on the first line of the sea, overlooking a road and small beach with panoramic views of Boka Bay and surrounding mountains. There is ample parking in front of and behind the apartment. The area around the apartment is very walkable and convenient with a long walking path starting in front of the apartment and leading all the way to Perast or, in the other direction, to the town of Risan. For longer trips to surrounding cities or areas, a rental car is highly recommended. There is public parking behind the building. Whether you plan to relax in Risan or explore the rest of Montenegro, this apartment is perfectly located. It's only a short walk to Perast (25 minutes on foot/10 minutes by car) or the town of Risan (10 minutes on foot/3 minutes by car). By car, you can easily access Kotor, Budva and Herceg Novi—and the Croatian border is only about 45 minutes away.
