Quaint 2 bedroom/1 bath, 100 yr old home. Wrap around porch perfect for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. Older home with updates that include a small dishwasher, tile flooring, central heat and air. Located walking distance to old town Jackson. Only street parking available. Yard isn't perfect but great for dogs. Some may like and some may not, but cemetery is located across the street. Comfortable space without being too bougie. Like going to your grandma's house to relax. Nothing too fancy but comfortable and great place to nap. Bring your favorite albums to play on the record player. Minimal interaction. Depending on length of stay, can have relative come water the lawn and plants. Close to many restaurants (both walking and driving distance)/bars, historic sites and city park. Some may like and some may not like it but cemetery is located across the street. Pretty quiet street on the weekends but can be busy during the week when school is in session. Walking distance to old town Jackson, Uber and Door Dash available. 30 minutes to wine country, 15 minutes to Sutter Creek, 1 hr to Kirkwood (during the summer).
