Derry home with year round amenites

Private basement apartment with ensuite bathroom, living area with television and kitchenette. Space for up to 4 guests, with a large king size bed and a queen sofa bed. The sofa bed is better for children than 2 full size adults. We do not take same day bookings. Our pool is available for our guests to use as well. It is not heated, so best during June, July and August months! This is a no smoking property As the space is a basement we do live in the house above. This space has a King size bed as well as sofa bed in a separated living area. Space for up to 4 guests to stay. The ensuite bathroom has private shower, toilet and basin facilities. There is a large closet with lots of hanging space. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: ◦I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob ◦I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination ◦I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists ◦I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay ◦I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines The basement is a private self-contained apartment in a very quiet rural area. As it is a basement space, we do live in the house above. I am very happy to help any guests with additional needs. Derry is a town 40 miles north of Boston. For those literary guests it is close to Robert Frost’s farm as well as America’s Stonehenge. Within the town of Derry there are multiple facilities for eating, drinking and music. It’s also a very convenient location for visitors to the surrounding area for beaches, hiking, state parks and ski resorts and, of course, leaf peeping in the fall. There are train stations located in the surrounding area for transport into Boston. Additionally there are park and ride bus facilities for guests wanting to travel easily. Within Derry there is a rent a car service. We can also recommend a local limo service to any guests There is parking on the driveway for 1 guest car only. This is a no- smoking property. Please note, especially at this time during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not accepting back to back bookings. We want to keep ourselves and our guests as safe as possible by thoroughly cleaning and cleansing between guests and leaving the space empty for at least 1 day. Apologies for any inconvenience; please stay safe and healthy. We live in a rural part of Derry and in the winter, during snow storms, we are susceptible to power outages. We apologize in advance if this happens during your stay.
