Bodega Botanica, boutique boho vibes and pool

Bodega Botanica is a lovingly restored cottage in rural Tiagua. Originally used as a wine press and crop room the Bodega is independent from the other 4 apartments that make up Tiagua81, an old farm and trading house. Centrally located, Tiagua is a great area to avoid the crowds and enjoy village life whilst being close to the beach of Famara, historic market town Teguise and the capital Arrecife. The bodega is at least 200 years old with thick walls and tonnes of charm. Recently restored as a charming island get away. Avoid from the tourists and enjoy relaxed rural island life The Bodega is independent and has its own terrace and sunbathing area yet sits next to the shared pool and gardens. We are busy running our 2 restaurants 'Cantina Teguise' and 'Esquina Teguise' so are not in Tiagua often, please pop by Cantina on Sundays during the market to say hi Tiagua is a small central village, close to everywhere its really practical for island explorers, hikers, bikers & nature lovers. There are 3 restaurants here in the village and an excellent local supermarket. Good walking nearby with varied terrain we are in between the national park of Timanfaya and the 'Jable' region toward Famara. Get a car...... we advice all our guests and friends visiting the island to rent a car whilst staying in Lanzarote. Its a small island but public transport can be sporadic and car rental is really cheap here.
