The Gate House gives 5* Luxury in every room. Surrounded by the Devon countryside and with far reaching views this really is perfect for guests who expect the highest standards. From deluxe bedding, to relaxing sofas , granite work top kitchen with a range oven, beautiful views and the master bedroom even boasts floor to ceiling glazing with wonderful views across Devon. Step inside the property and warm your feet on the under floor heating. The kitchen has a coffee maker, cooking utensils and a large dining area seating 8 adults. There is a further utility room with double sink, washing area, fridge, freezer & washing machine. The open plan lounge has TV, open fireplace and a further smaller dining table. The first floor has the master bedroom with views across Devon, luxury bedding and walk in wash room with shower en-suite. Outside there is a table and chairs with parasol to enjoy the scenery and outside dining. Not suitable for children or infants I'm afraid. I live within the estate of Hurlditch, however encourage my guests to relax in peace.I have instructed a management company to look after this listing for me. Roost will manage your enquiry and booking during your stay. The cottage is located within the Hurlditch Court Estate, there is livestock, horses and grounds keepers nearby. All are friendly but plan to leave guests in peace. Please respect the boundaries of the main residence. We regret no pets or children under 12 allowed. We also have equestrian facilities including a small paddock & stabling.
