The house is located in a quiet picturesque fishing village, between the two most beautiful cities of the coast - Kotor and Perast, just one minute from the nearest beach. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the house, terrace overlooks the sea. It consists of one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room, the total area is 35 sq m. Equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: internet, washing and dishwashing machines, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning (heating-cold), winter - central heating. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes. Our guests are provided with a closed private area, which includes: a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and sunbeds (available from June till the end of September), a barbecue area, a covered area with hammocks, a gym, a garden with fruit and pine trees, and a private parking. Near the house there are beach cafes and restaurants (works during the summer), two small grocery shops where you can buy everything you need. On foot, you can reach one of the most atmospheric restaurants in the bay - Stari Mlini and an oyster farm, where you can taste fresh mussels, fish and oysters with the domstic wine. In two minutes is the best fish shop on the coast - Cogimar, with a wide selection of seafood, wine, cheese, smoked meats and other delicacies. Within walking distance (5min) there is a bus stop, from where you can get directly to Kotor (15min), to Perast (5min), to Risan (10min) and other nearby settlements. We provide a parking space on our territory for free, but advance booking is necessary. Tourist tax is NOT INCLUDED. The amount of the fee equals 1 euro per day from the rest. The fee for children from 12 to 18 years is halved. Tourist tax not subject to: children under 12; disabled people; foreigners who have real estate in Montenegro; relatives of property owners; tourists who arrived in the country for more than 90 days and have a visa.
