Country home on acreage only steps away from city limits. Close to Round Top Antique Events, Lake Fayette, Fayette County Fairgrounds and downtown La Grange. Newly remodeled top to bottom. Ample parking for multiple vehicles, boats and trailers. All the comforts of home with a gorgeous view in a private setting. The Colorado River borders our property and is just out of view of the home about 200 yards away. The river is suitable for fishing, kayaking, tubing, etc., but not recommended for swimming. There is also a public park that borders the river and is adjacent to our property, however, there is no maintained river access from the park. Check in with key pad Owners live on the property so will be available if needed or to answer questions about the area. Your privacy will be 100% respected. Walking distance to City park open dawn to dusk. My cleaning fee is included in our nightly rental.
