Normandy family house near the sea

The house "villa Ghislaine" in brick and flint country is very pleasant to live and enjoys the sun for a long time. It is located in a large garden of 1700m2, where flowers and shrubs create a green setting. You will stay in a small preserved village of edge of sea and benefit in the vicinity of the historical sites of Haute Normandie. The house has 4 bedrooms for 10 people. On the 1st floor: A 1st master bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. A 2nd "refuge" bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and 2 twin beds. A games room with a footstool on the floor on the ground floor: A 3rd bedroom with bunk beds. A 4th parental bedroom with a 140 cm bed The bathrooms: 1 on the first floor with a corner bath 1 on the ground floor with a small clawfoot bath 1 in the basement with shower 2 Living rooms: 1 lounge adjoining the dining room with 1 corner bench for aperitifs 1 other living room with 3 sofas, television 2 dining rooms: 1 dining room where all 10 people can sit at the table 1 smaller dining room with a round table where children can eat separately (5-6 places) A wood-burning stove with wood available free of charge. A CD and cassette player is available, bring your own music! On the outside: Possibility to make a campfire on a well-defined site. Plancha available Children can also enjoy a sandbox and a "tree house" under the trees. A badminton net can be installed on request. The back of the house is not accessible because of vegetable garden and hives. You will be welcomed by my father or myself. We will remain available and will be led to pass in order to maintain the spaces and to harvest the fruits and vegetables of the property. You will occasionally enjoy berries (redcurrants ...) and honey for a delicious dessert !!! The setting lends itself perfectly to children's games. It was built by the owner, in order to preserve the Normandy heritage (bricks and flint). At Les Petites Dalles, we have several possible activities: * beach at 900 m with a boat access, as well as the high cliffs for walks * Tennis in 200m * forest of the village, to go on foot to the small chapel or to the sea * 2 gastronomic restaurants to 5mn (the Relais des Dalles and the Castle of Sissi) * Golf: Ermenouville and Rouville 25 mn, Etretat 45 (10 minutes by car) * Swimming pool, sauna and hammam: Cany-Barville (10 min by car) * Accrobranche: Fécamp (15 mn by car) * Equestrian center: saint martin in the Buneaux (3mn by car) Ourville en Caux (12 min by car) Casino (Veulettes sur mer 8 mn by car).... and full of beautiful hikes .... One of the specificities of our beach: at low tide, sand is discovered, as well as a small island called The "Catelets", ideal for fishing on foot and sand constructions of children !! To arrive: The village is at 2h10 by car from Paris (Porte de Saint Cloud) possibility to take the train to Fécamp to 15 min or to Yvetot to 30 min. To park: The house benefits from two places at the back of the house, as well as along the path. Ok for our 4 legged animals, but only on the ground floor: in the dining room and the kitchen Shoeless house !!
