NEW 3 BR, family-friendly, great atmosphere flat

Newly renovated, very spacious 3 bedroom apartment in hip up-and-coming district Holesovice (87m2). Just minutes away from the city centre (Wenceslas square 15 mins, Prague Castle 10 mins, main train station 10 minutes, ZOO 10 mins) in a quiet street. Surrounded by many cafés for awesome breakfast or dinner, 5 mins walk from the famous DOX museum of contemporary art, and 2 metro stops within a walking distance (Red line Vltavska or Nadrazi Holesovice). Family friendly, baby crib included There are plenty of opportunities for sightseeing in the neighbourhood and it is very easy to get around the city. Holesovice and Letna districts are great for sitting in cozy cafes and restaurants all around, shops are open till 11 pm. Beautiful park Stromovka is only 5 minutes away, Letná Beer garden 10 mins. Make sure to visit the legendary CROSS Club (10 mins walk) 5 mins walking distance is also the biggest Prague city market - full of local veggies and fruits. Around the apartment are 2 supermarkets and 1 drug store. We have 3 minutes walking distance to tram No. 25, 1, 12 and 14. All of them go to the city centre and Old Town. The apartment is very spacious yet cozy in a building built in 1902. You will have access to the whole place. You can use the huuuuge kitchen for cooking, large living room (which also has a sofa where 2 people can sleep) and two bedrooms (one bedroom has a king size bed for two and the second one has a smaller double bed where two people in love can sleep, since it's a bit tight :) ). We are well prepared for babies - if you need we can prepare you a crib. We are going to welcome you in Prague personally and can help you with plans to discover the city. We will try to be flexible with check in but it is important to agree on exact time in advance. Otherwise you have the whole apartment for yourself to relax and enjoy privacy. Make sure to check out the refurbished warehouses to cafés and design stores - Vnitroblock, Tovarna and Paralelni Polis (all 5 min walk). They are all awesome and worth visiting. Tram stop U pruhonu or Delnicka or Maniny (from Vltavska metro tram 1, 25, 12 or 14). Ask for car parking options. If you are coming by car, please note that we are in the central Prague 7 district and all parking is paid (as well as in all central Prague districts). Approximately 10EUR/day. Depending on the particular day of the week. We recommend rather coming by train or flying in.
