The Pad

A spacious and modern one-bedroom apartment situated on the third (top) floor with views from the private, south-facing balcony over the vibrant city of Cardiff. The Pad is a self-contained light and airy dwelling with a Super King bedroom, 3/4 sofa bed in the living space, bathroom with shower over bath and fully-equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. Free parking. Please note there is no lift. Please no shoes-slippers provided. No candles. separate entrance As your hosts we will aim to meet and welcome you. We will quickly and easily run through The Pad and its amenities. Alternatively, there is a keybox and you can let yourself in. We can offer local knowledge and recommendations. Free off street parking is also available at the accommodation. Set in the stylish and popular area of Penylan with easy access to the city centre, the beautiful Roath Park Lake, gardens and surrounding countryside. The Pad is ideally located and just a short walk from numerous coffee houses, bars and restaurants as well as local shops and amenities. It's approximately a 35-40 minute stroll into the City Centre. Alternatively there are 3 bus stops within 300 metres offering routes into the City Centre and beyond. You are most welcome to borrow our own push bikes should you feel the urge, store your own in our lockable garage or hire OVO (next) bikes. A complete lap of the Park and Lake is around 5k. No lift. There will be an additional charge for 2 guests who require the spare bed. Please message me for more details.
