This holiday home, 19 km from Feltre, entirely painted by the owner, is part of an educational farm, surrounded by the luxuriant nature of the Belluno Dolomites Park and the 5 hectares of land where a botanical park has been created. Inside the property there are a play area for children, benches and swings on which you can relax reading a good book. On site you can agree with the house owners the possibility to take courses of cooking, ceramics, naturalistic illustration, woolling. This strategic location combines unspoiled mountain landscapes, where you can practice your favourite sports (cycling, paragliding, skiing, windsurfing, fishing, hiking ..), and to reach Venice and the most beautiful Venetian cities of art. The Belluno Dolomites Park (Unesco site) is crossed by the High Routes of the Dolomites n. 1 and n. 2 and by a network of over 200 km. of CAI paths. Numerous cycle paths make the area one of the most popular destinations for cyclists (on request you can rent vespas, bicycles and e-bikes). At 30 km Lake Santa Croce is an important tourist destination for sailing, wind surfing, kitesurfing, fishing. For winter sports enthusiasts the nearest ski area with downhill slopes and cross-country skiing trails is Mount Avena (20 km) and, a little further, is Mount Nevegal (25 km) for alpine and cross country skiing. Art and culture lovers should not miss to visit Feltre, a walled city climbing up a hill dominated by a castle, Belluno (15 km) with the testimonies of different ages, Treviso (70 km) with its canals and frescoed facades, the charming Venice (100 km) and Vicenza with its Palladian palaces (90 km). To complete the holiday there is also a rich gastronomic offer that you can enjoy in trattorias, restaurants and festivals dedicated to local products.
