Fantastic apartment with pool and mesmerizing ocean view in Risan, located in UNESCO world heritage protected Kotor bay. The luxurious apartment is located beautifully in peaceful Risan with close proximity to Perast, Kotor, Herceg Novi and Tivat. Enjoy the view and calm from the apartment pool or explore the many beautiful beaches and towns of Kotor bay. The premium apartment is located up above Risan village with a beautiful view towards the ocean. The surrounding is very calm and perfect for a relaxing and genuine experience in an apartment that offers very high standards in terms of design, comfort, and convenience. If you enjoy a calm atmosphere, beautiful nature and a surrounding with a local touch, this is a perfect place to enjoy the beauties of Montengero. The apartment itself is a newly built one bedroom (58 m2) apartment that offers a high standard of living with everything needed to have a great stay and explore beautiful Montenegro. The spaces is designed to accommodate 4 adults comfortably, which makes it perfect for a group of 4 adults or a family with children. The bedroom consists of a 180cm double bed and a built-in closet with plenty of space for belongings. Bed linen and towels will be provided. The room has its own AC. The bathroom is newly equipped with a shower and washing machine. The kitchen has everything needed with oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The kitchen table seats four persons. All kitchen equipment such as tableware, pots and pans will be available. Further coffee, tea and basic cooking necessities like salt, spices, oil etc. will be available and free of charge. The living room is combined with the kitchen and together offers a social area with a large three-seat sofa, 40” flat screen TV. The sofa can be turned into a comfortable bed with 18 cm mattress and 160 cm wide making it perfectly comfortable for two adults. (sheets, blankets and pillows will be provided). The sliding glass doors towards the balcony offers a great view and connection with nature and ocean. The balcony has space for four people and offers the possibility to enjoy meals outside with a great view! The common area consists of a new pool with an incredible ocean view and sunbeds. This part is our favorite, great for a convenient morning or afternoon swim as well as full-day relaxation in a peaceful surrounding. The parking spot is assigned to the apartment, located just next to the building. Guests will have access to the full apartment as well as own parking spot. The pool and sunbeds are shared with the other apartments, however, it is usually very calm and private, even during season. We will be there to mee you in person for both check-in and check-out. We communicate here on Airbnb to decide upon the time. You will be provided all the support needed from us before, after and during your stay. We will be available during your stay whenever you need us. All on-site support you might need will be provided we are there around the clock. Risan is a charming, local, cozy village that offers convenience for everything needed. It is a great mix of nature, local life, and ocean! The neighborhood offers beautiful typical Montenegrin nature as well as charming local restaurants. The apartment is located high up in the village offering a peaceful surrounding and breath-taking view that can rarely be experienced from any other location. Precisely this panorama view of the ocean in contrast to the dramatic mountains in the background is what made us fall in love and we are sure you will like it very much too. A steep 10-minute walk (aproximate 800 meters) takes you to the ocean where it is possible to go swimming, you will find some small cafes and restaurants as well as post office, grocery stores, bus station, local pekara (bakery) etc. Walking back up again is quite steep so it might take a bit longer but it is good as a workout. Please note that the fastest walking way is not the same as by car, do ask us and we will assist. Busses frequently go to both Herceg-Novi and to Kotor and will take you there for a cheap price. The buses stop by the small "center" outside of the post office (it is very easy to see) Recommended would be to visit the place with a car, it will allow you to get the most out of your stay and easily access the beautiful local surrounding areas as well. Still, it is doable with buss as well. Logistically, the location of the apartment is perfect for exploring both Perast, Kotor, Tivat/Porto Montenegro and Budva to the south as well as Herceg-Novi and even Dubrovnik to the north. Perast is only five minutes away while both Kotor and Herceg-Novi can be reached within 25 minutes car/bus-ride. Please check out our guidebook as well! Regarding, check in and check out, we are very easy going and flexible where possible. Please ask in advance and we will try to accommodate your needs. If we have guests checking in and out at the same time and it is not possible to accommodate all wishes then there will be strict times. We speak English, Swedish and Montenegrin (Serbo-Croatian) so please feel free to approach us in those languages as well! Due to this, we can offer additional service to you as guests to have a pleasant arrival, stay and departure from our apartment, send us a message to get more information or prices. This is not something we do to earn any money but rather to provide additional service in case you wish. Please note that there is a tourist tax of €1 per night and person for adults. Children under 12 years of age are without cost. For your convenience, our co-host will help you with the registration and payment of these and take the money directly from you. We offer: * Airport pickup/departure (Tivat, Dubrovnik, and Podgorica) * Car hire * Grocery shopping: please let us know what you wish to have in the fridge upon arrival we charge the bill plus €10 for the service upon arrival * Excursions: your imagination is the limit just let us know an example of excursions are: paragliding, water skiing, fishing and climbing * Baby crib and baby chair available for rent total of €7 per day Anka and her team will take your passports for registration with the local authorities and help to pay your tourist tax as well. The charge is €1 per night per adult and €0.5 per child (this is not included in your stay). You should be given a receipt as proof to show if asked at the airport.
