Large historic homestead in the quaint little town of Toolamba. Come and experience a real working farm. You will be staying in the original homestead. You can use this as your hub as your explore the neighbouring areas of Greater Shepparton. Toolamba is a cute little town approximately 15 minutes outside Mooroopna and Shepparton. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets in this peaceful farm. The homestead is very relaxing. Be at one with nature. Enjoy spectacular sunrise and sunsets. Enjoy all the sounds of the country. Plenty of space in the 3 acre garden for kids to run around or for you to enjoy a stroll. It is a space to get away from it all. Guests will have access to the entire farm house. There is an office in the farmhouse that has it's own private entrance. This space is closed off from guests and will be access by farm staff periodically during the week. The property is self check in. My property manager will be available when needed. Toolamba is a very quiet little country town. It has a historic little store where you can get your basics and there is one pub, that serves meals. Mooroopna is 15 minute drive and Shepparton is a large town all the stores you would need. There is no public transportation to the property. It is best if you have a car. Please note that Toolamba Bridge is now open. Additionally, railway track about 1 km from the property. In the dead of night, you may occasionally hear a train. Jacqui, our property manager will access the office that is inside the house but closed off from a guests and has its own separate entrance, periodically during weekdays.
