Your holiday home is made up of four independent apartments and is therefore ideal for a stress-free holiday with friends or a special event. The property as well as the pool area are completely fenced. Around the beautiful pool (13 m x 6 m, depth 1.45 m) you will find sun loungers, sun umbrellas and an outdoor shower. In the spacious well-tended garden, there are swings for children, tables, chairs and barbecue. You can reach the first two apartments via an external staircase. Both apartments have a separate entrance, but are also connected by a sliding door. It consists of a living room with open kitchen (dining table, sofa, microwave, 4 gas cookers, refrigerator with freezer compartment, mokkanne), a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and satellite TV. The second apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen (dining table, sofa, armchair, satellite TV, 4 gas cookers, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, toaster, coffee machine and mokkanne), one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (80 cm) and a bathroom with bathtub and WC. The third apartment is on the ground floor and is barrier-free. It consists of a living room with open kitchen (dining table, sofa bed, fireplace, satellite TV, 4 gas cookers, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and mocha), a bathroom with shower, which can also be pushed together) and direct access to the garden. The fourth apartment is on the ground floor at the back of the house. And if you want to eat together, three of the four kitchens offer enough space for 11 guests. Wireless internet is available in all apartments. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house. Well-behaved pets may be brought along on request (35 €). All purchases can be done in about 4 km distance.
