Welcome to The Shack! We love our little patch on the river and hope you have a relaxing break to remember. We keep it simple here to focus on the reason we fell in love with the property in the first place ….to escape, relax and enjoy the flow of the river. A riverfront cabin with a charm of it’s own, you will enjoy a no frills escape just 90 minutes from Sydney. Once you cross the car ferry you will feel a world away. The Shack has 3 large bedrooms and a huge open living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large outdoor area leading to your own pontoon on the river. Fish straight from your own backyard, park your boat on your private pontoon, trek many of the beautiful walking trails or just relax in the peace with a good book. Guests must provide their own bedding and towels. Including top and bottom sheets and pillow cases. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed + single Bedroom 2 - Double Bed + Double Bed Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed with double on bottom & single on top The Cabin is located on a cul-de-sac road so its very safe for a game of cricket or to ride bikes. Take a break from your screens - there is no WiFi and we are good with that! Telstra is the best signal provider. BOAT ACCESS Boats cannot be launched from The Shacks boat ramp. THERE IS NO STREET ACCESS TO THE BOAT RAMP. Boats can be launched from the public boat ramp in Wisemans Ferry and moored at the Shacks jetty.
