The house is located at a quiet country place. It's 10 years old bilding, surface 180m2 in 4.000 square meters private land with olive trees. The inner 6 km away from Ermoupolis, capitol of Cyclades Greece ( 5 minutes by car and 40 minutes on foot). All the beaches of the island are 5 to 10 min away by car (5 to 12 km). The best way to explore and enjoy the beauties of the island is by car or motorcycle. The location is very quiet and the open view is relaxing. You’ll love the location, the views, the peacefulness. The place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. In the house can sleep 5 persons. There is one master bedroom (double bed) , two children's bedrooms with one bed each and a spacious living-room with large kitchen. There exist one single bed sofa, and a fireplace. The dining- place is in the same area with living-room. Large bathroom with bathtub, plus 2 W.C. The living area has direct access to a 18 m2 veranda witch is roofed with nice view to the surrounding hills. Our outdoors sitting-area is around the house.
