Spacious 155sm, 2 Bedroom Apartment in Karon Beach

My large and comfortable (155sm), two-bedroom apartment in Karon Beach, is bright and airy and extremely convenient for access to both the beach and Karon village, with all its restaurants, shops & bars. The apartment is comfortably appointed in a fusion style mixing a traditional Thai feel with Western comforts. We supply full kitchen facilities, with both an oven and hob - ovens are very unusual in Thailand. There are large screen smart TV's in both the lounge and master bedroom so you have a choice of watching the local cable TV or Netflix etc. There is plenty of storage in the apartment for those wishing a longer stay and there is a washing machine fitted in the second bathroom for your convenience. The price at which the apartment is currently being offered has been specially discounted because of the potential for construction work noise. The guests have the use of the whole of the apartment and the balcony adjacent to the lounge and in front of the main bedroom. I don't live in Thailand so I won't be able to meet you myself but the on-site staff are extremely helpful and will take good care of you. Karon Beach features the third-longest beach on Phuket Island. Located on the west coast, between Patong to the north and Kata to the south, Karon Beach is the one of the most popular holiday destinations in Phuket. The beach itself has excellent snorkelling (and even diving) spots at its southern end and is wide enough for beachgoers to never feel crowded. Karon features three main areas, each with their own assets: Karon Centre is a lively small village in which visitors can find a good choice of dining, shopping and nightlife entertainment, as well as a beautiful Buddhist temple hosting a twice-weekly market. Karon Beach Road is ideal for evening strolls and is home to several large resorts, as well as restaurants and shops (including the popular Karon Bazaar). The third main area of Karon is centred around Luang Poh Chuan Road, towards the southern end of the beach, which hosts excellent restaurants & bars. Karon is an easy place to walk around but if you want to move a little further afield there a number of different ways of getting around. Hiring a car is relatively inexpensive but parking around the island can be difficult. Taxis and Tuk-Tuk'sre great for relatively short trips, say into Patong. You can also negotiate with our own recommended taxis take you on escorted trips to places of interest. There is one set of stairs to get to the level on which the elevator is located. At the moment there is construction work in the property next-door to our apartment complex. This may result in some daytime noise and disturbance. We have reflected this in the price at which we are currently marketing the apartment. The owner reserves the right to transfer your booking, with no notice, to another similar apartment in the same complex.
