Enjoy Vienna's green side. I would like to welcome you to Vienna for a calm and safe stay in my town house in the 22nd district. The place is very safe in the nature, next to a beautiful river, still the city center is easily reachable by bus around the corner. Parking is free of charge. Parking on premises is also possible. I would like to welcome you in a lovely just renovated house in Vienna next to the national park Lobau. You have a small river only 2 minutes from the place where you can swim, enjoy the sun, go for a run or a long walk. You will stay in a just renovated, clean, prepared, tidy house, well equipped with heating, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine,.. The house is located in Gagerngasse, a couple of bus stops from metro station U2 Seestadt. The bus stop itself is 3 minutes away. You have free parking on the street and if you like even on premises. Nearby are located ATM, Petrol stations, pharmacy and supermarkets and a restaurant that offers really good local food. You'll have access to the whole place except the heating room and the hut. Grilling is possible in the garden. Available almost all the time. You can always contact me trough Airbnb, (Hidden by Airbnb) , Phone, Viber, Signal, Telegram, ... It's a very nice and calm area. As mentioned it's located next the national park lobau, just 2 min to get to the river. The bus station to get to the city center is right around the corner, which takes you directly to the metro station, where you take the U2. Free and easy parking.
