Beautiful charming house with 9/10 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 18 beds including 4 double beds 9 single beds and 1 baby bed; 1 large living room with 1 beautiful fireplace; a large fully equipped kitchen and a large games room with many games for kids. 2 large indoor tables : 8/10 seats and 12/14 seats and 2 large outdoor tables each 8 seats. 4500 m2 garden with deckchair trampoline swing barbecue ping pong Large old house but functional with large relaxation areas; living room with exposed stone around its large fireplace; large dining room adjoining the kitchen for 12/14 people and a large table in the kitchen for 8/10 people. There are many rooms that allow everyone to have his space and not to bother adult and kids. A large fully equipped games room will delight your children. A large garden with chestnut tree and many games for children and adults: trampoline ping pong petanque swings etc. Simple and functional kitchen with two large fridge, dishwasher, nespresso and filter coffee, oven and all the basics necessary to prepare meals for 15/20 people. Sheets and towels are not included in the rental they can be provided with a supplement (20 € double bed, 10 € single bed, 2.5 € per towel). Sheets and towels will be placed on the beds. Possibility to have wood for the fireplace by giving 20 euros to my neighbor you will have enough wood for a weekend. This is our holiday home and when we rent it we leave everything available.
