Beautiful house with ocean views near Byron

Take an extended holiday. Only a 20 minute drive to Byron town and less than 5 minutes to festival sites, our house is a beautifully designed and built four bedroom home on the top of the hill overlooking south golden beach. The beach is a ten minute walk over the creek and past the local cafe. Watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the verandah as they fill the sky with colour while whales breach out of the ocean. Eat herbs, vegetables and fruit from the garden. You will love it. We have a fireplace and firewood provided for these warm winter months and an eclectic library to peruse by the fire. During summer the house is naturally breezy and cool, with lots of ourdoor spaces to enjoy. One of the bedrooms is a beautiful big loft space that can fit lots of mattresses on the floor, and has shutters that open and look out to the lounge room. Beautiful art and artifacts are plenty in this space and the house feels abundant and creative. Enjoy the morning sun on the sheltered front deck and the expansive afternoon sunsets on the back overlooking the ocean. There is no access to the garage as we store our personal belonging in there, and our wardrobes are also not usable. Everything else is free to use. I will most likely not be available in person during your stay, but I will be contactable. It is very safe and friendly neighbourhood. Its an easy 7 min walk to the beach, and the closest cafe is right there at the beach also. We are very close to festival sites here in North ocean shores. Just so you are aware, this house is close to neighbours so parties are not permitted.
