The total surface area is 600m2 and the villa consists of ground floor and 2 upper floors. The apartments have their own private parking, which consists of 5 parking places connected to the main road. The villa is located on the first row by the sea and has a beautiful spacious yard where details of the nightlight give a special note. The exterior scales, which connect all the apartments, each with a separate entrance, lead to a beautiful green oasis with two palm trees that provide extra specialty. Also, stairs leads to the exit on the pebble beach. Each apartment has a balcony with beautiful sea view whose colors are particularly pronounced at sunset.
