This unit 1727 is well-presented, boasts a sophisticated furniture in a minimalist setting while the neutral color scheme will ensure that your taste is catered for. The kitchen features ample cupboard space, with cooktop and range hood, a microwave, rice cooker and a modern fridge. Intercom access is also provided for your convenience. The unit has a balcony to make the most of the stunning views of the Manila Bay sunset. Aside from the lounge located in the lobby, guests can access the Grand Lounge at 8th floor to relax or to catch up with friends. The swimming pools are in the same floor but please take note that there is a minimal fee for using the facility. (Php. 150/day per person for ordinary days and Php. 300/day per person during holidays – forms are available at the Management Office in the second floor). Guests can contact me for any questions or concerns you may have ‘preferably’ through Airbnb because I am always online almost all the time. If you need assistance from 10am-10pm, or in case of emergencies, you may call or text my team and they will gladly assist you. We are available for anything you might be in need of but will be sure to give you the space and privacy you need. Failure to do so may affect the entry of the guests. -Please note that the Reception will take a picture of the guest upon check-in and will ask for the guest’s ID to be deposited to them in exchange for a temporary Guest card while in the Breeze Residences premises. -The queen size bed has pull out underneath so should you need additional bed, I have a single bed available for a fee of Php.300/night. -I offer complimentary full cleaning for guests who stay for 7 days or more, if needed/requested. Cleaning is scheduled every after 7 days from 11am-3pm or depends on the schedule/agreement of my guests and my team, provided there is a 24-hour notice. The bedding and towels will also be replenished at that time. -NO free parking allocated for guests. -Please surrender the key before you leave. -Guests will be charged Php2,000.00 for lost keys.
