GORGEOUS COUNTRY COTTAGE IN PERFECT LOCATION

This gorgeous cottage will take you to the English Countryside, along with everything European the Mountain has to offer you will feel across the other side of the world. Situated in Old Eagle Heights, within easy walking distance to the famous Gallery Walk (shops, cafes, restaurants, brewery, wine tasting and distillery). Why not walk off your tastings and cake with a rainforest walk, also within walking distance. A short drive/walk will take you to more wineries and spectacular views. The minute you walk in the door you feel like your walking into an English Cottage. Bottom floor has lounge room with fireplace, tv, dvd player, little country kitchen and breakfast room, laundry and toilet/bathroom. Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms, one large room with king bed, tv, walk in wardrobe and bathroom and 2 other cosy rooms with queen beds. The house has exposed beams and the bedrooms have roof lines that follow the roof line . Outside we have a wine barrel and 2 saddle seats to enjoy an afternoon wine /pint around and 6 seater outdoor area. We have lived in the area for 20 years and have raised children up here as well. Plenty of ideas will be given in our book of things to do but if you need more advise and things need to be booked then we are more than happy to help. We are not far should help be needed. Ted & Stellas is within easy walking distance to Gallery Walk, Rainforest Walks and Spectacular Views of the Gold Coast. A walk up Penny Lane which is beside the property will take you to a FoodWorks, Butcher, Bottle Shop, Chemist, Bakery and Takeaway Pizza. A short drive and you can make a whole day of wineries or grab the picnic blanket and watch the Paraglider's/Handgliders jump off the mountain. There are even fairies and glow worms if your game for a night time walk in the rainforest. Orrrrr if your really searching for the relaxation then Getaway Day Spa might be on your cards. Tamborine has a very European feel to it and has an Irish Pub and Italian Restaurant to name a few. A fabulous Indian Restaurant is within walking distance to the cottage. Don't even get me started on the Cafes - I have locals knowledge. And that is all just up on our fabulous mountain, you can go further afield to the Gold Coast which is 40 mins drive, Canungra 20 mins drive or O'Reillys which is 1 hour drive. Main Shopping, more wineries more cafes and more rainforest walks are all 5 - 10 mins drive from the house. Ubers and taxis are available but limited so must be organised in advance.
