Change of linen and towels are done 1 time per week. You are expected to clean the house yourself, or we can arrange a cleaner to do it at a cost of THB 500 per time. There are coin operated washing machines near this property where you can do your laundry. Laundry and iron service is also available. The owner lives at a house nearby. She will give you the keys when you arrive, and you can contact her for any issues. I am available 24 hours by phone and chat apps.
