The house has private parking for up to three cars. Pets are allowed, limited to the stone floor areas. The three-storey villa consists of a living room, a well equipped kitchen that combines modern elements with traditional supplies (such as the large wooden table, the chiavarine chairs, or the rounfeau, an ancient oven where you can cook using wood). The villa has two separate sleeping areas, the first of which has a double bedroom, a bedroom with french bed, a large common bathroom with shower and jet bathtub, the second sleeping area has two suites, one with kings size bed with adjoining bathroom with jet bathtub and the second with french bed and adjoining bathroom with jet bathtub. In the living area there is an additional toilet. The villa can therefore comfortably accommodate six people, additional services include: wifi, two wood-burning fireplaces, a washing machine, two dishwashers and televisions in each room. A crib is also available on request. The villa is protected by alarm system and cameras. Between indoor and outdoors, there are three wood-burning ovens available in which you can cook any type of food. On the ground floor there are: studio, tavern and fitness area; on the frist floor: living room and kitchen; on the second floor bedrooms and terrace. The villa also boasts two south-facing balconies, one on the second floor and one on the first floor in front of one of the three entrances. In addition, there is a 40m2 sun terrace on the second floor, furnished with sun loungers, chairs and a tent for your privacy. A fitness area equipped with bench and weights is available as well. Outside there is a large garden on two levels where there is a dining area placed under a beautiful wooden "Berseau" wine cooler with slate roof, a barbecue area, and a small rose garden. In the village there is a well-stocked minimarket, and in about 6 minutes by car you can reach restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The property is an ideal starting point for trekking routes to Mount Caucasus, there is also a road connection to the valley of Santo Stefano D'Aveto. On foot you can reach Mount Albareto, with views as far as Corsica. The sea with equipped and free beaches is about 25 minutes by car (about 20 km) on the Riviera di Levante (Lavagna, Chiavari, Rapallo, Santa Margherita, Portofino), Genoa is also about 30 minutes by car. Sheets and towels are included in the price, the landlord can help you organize excursions, as well as arrange boat trips for you. Thanks to the outdoor ovens, if you wish, the owners can help you in the preparation of pizzas and/or traditional barbecues. On the ground floor there is also a cellar with Vermentino wine produced by the owners and their oil, if you wish you can buy some and enjoy it with your friends. -
