A renovated studio in the heart of Bondi Beach is now available 100m from the sea+sand. Located on Gould Street right above fashion boutiques, organic cafes, restaurants and seconds from public transport. This is a designer gem with a balcony and loads of charm. This unique apartment has been fully renovated by a very cool designer. Its small but spacious at the same time, comfortable with a lovely sleeping space as well a great kitchen and sitting area all facing the sunny balcony. This is where you can sit and enjoy the sun sipping your favourite drink. You will have access to one of the best beaches in the world to go for a run, a walk, a swim or a picnic. There will be great fashion, food, interesting people and a very real Bondi buzz.It works for up to 3 people or 4 if necessary. I love meeting people and trying to infuse them with my love of Bondi. If food is important I am very happy to talk about where and what as I am a lifelong food lover. I am new at this but I am looking forward to being a great host. Bondi Beach is so versatile- it has bohemian charm as well as a trendy feel. Each pocket has its own personality and depending on what you feel like when you explore it, it will come up with something that feels right. I enjoy it in Summer when its full of buzz and in the cooler months when it has a quieter but calmer personality. Its also so close to other beaches, parks and shopping malls. Buses run very frequently from Bondi Beach to Bondi Junction and the city. The bus stop is 100m from the apartment and you can relax and watch the water at one of the world's most beautiful beaches while you wait for the bus! The nearest train station is Bondi Junction.
