This luxurious villa in the heart of Candolim provides an ideal location for you to relax and enjoy Goa. Extremely spacious, it offers 3 large bedrooms, a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a huge balcony overlooking exquisite views of lolling hills and lush treetops. In a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, pubs, shopping areas, and grocery stores. Our caretaker manages the property! Be sure to make this your home whilst your stay in Goa! It is a 4,500 square feet property with a 1000 square feet balcony. All facilities within the villa are available for guest usage. We have 3 bedrooms, a living room, 3 balconies, a fully functional kitchen, a dining room and 3.5 bathrooms. We offer parking space for 2 cars. We also offer television (smart TVs) and cable services, high-speed wifi, an iron, and a safety medkit, among plenty of other services. We also offer our guests some games to pass their time, especially if they are with children. You can set up a small badminton court on our large balcony, or unwind on our various seating arrangements on our balcony. We offer a dartboard, a carrom board and some basic games too! All spaces within the villa can be used by guests. The pool is not private (it is common and shared between the entire complex). It is managed by the complex, and so the maintenance is out of our control. We only provide access to the pool for our guests. The timings are subject to change but currently are: 9 am to 1 pm and then 3 to 7 pm. ONLY Proper swimwear is allowed. Nylon, lycra, polyester, and synthetic wear does not directly qualify as proper swimwear. The opening of the pool is dependent on government rules and regulations and can be closed at any time due to mandated lockdowns. We offer parking spaces for 2 large vehicles but are dependent on availability. The owners of the property can be contacted through phone or e-mail. There will be a caretaker at the property at all times, in case anything is required. Candolim - and nearby areas of Calangute and Baga - are known for their plethora of restaurants and variety of cuisines and drinking choices. The beach is closeby, as well as the buzzing nightlife that Goa offers. Usually, people tend to hire either a car or a scooter for their convenience. Travelling on foot is an option too, but the lack of walking routes, and the weather (depending on the season) may influence a person's decision. We also offer breakfast at home, which is cooked by the caretaker at a charge, which is dependent on number of guests - given that the groceries are provided. We also offer a vegetarian chef, she charges Rs. 800 per meal, and groceries must be provided.
