It is composed with 1 queen size bed, memory foam mattress, 1 couch, 1 TV (Netflix), free Wifi, separate complete kitchen ( kettle, fridge, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, dishes), separate bathroom (hair dryer) with large bath and WC, private wooden deck, swimming pool 8x5m Breakfast and bath towels included. Private and secured parking, located at 10 min from Futuroscope Poitiers center city by car. Breakfast given at your arrival (included in the price) with coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, french fresh bread, butter, marmelade (home made). Special needs, contact us. The guest house is located behind our main home (separate), you will have a full access to the garden and to your private wooden deck and the swimming pool. Autonomous arrival with a key box (code sent by email before your stay) or in person following your time of arrival. There is private secure parking for 1 car or 1 or 2 motorbikes, the electric gate is locked at night (you will have a complete automonous access with a remote control) We stay discreet but are available in case of need. The Tiny house is situated in a very calm deadlock. You will enjoy the calm of the countryside and could join the center of the old Poitiers in only 10 min by car. Bakery, pharmacy and butchery at 300m. Train station and airport at around 15 minutes by car.
