House of 450 sqm completely restored by the owners. The ground floor of 240 sqm includes; The kitchen, two dining rooms and two large living rooms with large windows overlooking the garden. The first floor of 210 sqm includes 4 suites, all with private bathroom, so subdivided; 1 suite of 60 sqm, 2 suites of 45 sqm with mezzanine, 1 room of 30 sqm. The property is surrounded by a 10,000 sqm garden with olive trees and fruit trees and a swimming pool (14x7 m) for the exclusive use of the guests. I have totally renovated this large country house targeting it to future families of my children. Contrary to expectations part of the property remained free. This is the reason why I decided hosting . In the renovation I took care to respect the original structure leaving the spaces as they were. That is, very large. The renovation was completed from the foundation to the roof using only materials of the time. The floor of the first floor, intended for the sleeping area, and the bathrooms are all parquet floor. The ceramics used for the ground floor belonged to a convent, they are aged 300 years In the garden I planted imported olive trees, hedges and fruit trees. The m14 x m7 pool is large enough to accommodate all guests of the villa. The final result: when I have my breakfast in the garden, overlooking the property, I’m always thinking 'Bella! It was worth’ WE ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR MINIMUM THREE NIGHTS Guests will have the exclusive use of 450 sqm flat as described above. They will also have the exclusive use of the full garden and the pool. We only host one guess ( his family or group of friends) at time. My daughter Valentina and the house keepers lives in the same property in a different area. My daughter and the house keepers are at guests' disposal any need they may have The property is surrounded on four sides by fields as you can see from the air view photos. We are 15 minutes from Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport and Pisa Centrale Rail Station. 15 minutes from Pisa downtown. 30 minutes from Lucca. 60 minutes from Florence. 80 minutes from Siena.
