Family house directly overlooking the Landes forest with a large garden, completely refurnished in 2019 with new bedding. Very quiet corner in Bourg, 15m from the Ocean and 15 minutes from the lake. Fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, breakfast bar, outdoor terrace with table for 11 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two separate WCs. Indoor and outdoor parking. Bedroom 1: 1 queen size double bed + cot Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 2p bunk bed + drawer bed, i.e. 5 beds Bedroom 3: 1 double bed Bedroom 4: 1 double bed The house is recent, the paintings too and the furniture was completely changed at the end of 2019. All mattresses are new. Sheets, duvets and towels are provided. Washing machine and dishwasher. BBQ also provided Cot umbrella and high chair.
