3bd Wooden Family Lodge Zara in Nature

My family winter vacation house is a beautiful new built lodge that has this cozy winter feel and friendly nature environment. It connects my family on a deep level every time we go out there. You’ll love my place because of the mountain views, the warm ambiance, friendly neighbors, freedom and privacy. My place is good for multiple couples, large families, multiple friends and families and young responsible group of friends. What makes our house unique is the new lodge feel on the outside and the warm cozy ambiance on the inside. Layout of the house gives everybody a sense of privacy with 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Although, you have my favorite open living layout with kitchen, dinning and living room being on the first floor. There is nothing like coming in for the first time and everybody coming together to light up the fire stove and snuggling in this living space til rest of the rooms warm up. Main large bathroom with large hydro shower is on the first floor of the hallway. There is a half bathroom on the second floor between the 3 rooms in case kids need to go for a late bathroom rush. You do have access to the whole house and it rooms, terrace and the yard. Also to the portable wifi that you can take with you when you go out to the nature. We live on the south of Montenegro 2 hours away from Zabljak. My Grandpa will be there staying in a trailer next to the house probably so he can help you with anything you need. Our house is very close to a few family friends of ours. Its a very close neighborhood with most people living there seasonally. They are all older and very much friendly, and would help you with probably anything you need. Not sure how good their level of English is :) You need to have a car to access our house and snow chains in winter times are a MUST. You need to have good winter tires cause of the Zabljak hills that surround us. It is very important to fallow instructions on how to turn the water and heat system on. We do use fire stove that is located in the kitchen to turn the heat system on. Proper knowledge of lighting fire on and keeping it up running when you need it is very important. We will provide you with necessary the tools in order to do this. In winter cold times wood needs to be added at night in order to not freeze yourselves. It is a process that takes around an hour or two but that wood burning smell makes the whole thing worth it.
