My apartment is located in Cremorne. A northern Sydney area very accessible to Sydney city, the zoo and the wonderful beaches of Manly and Balmoral. You would be 5 minutes walk to local transport and shops. Your apartment is fully equipped - I love to cook so the kitchen works well with lots of cookbooks and equipment. I am in interior stylist and have worked hard to make my apartment comfortable and chic. I am also a clean freak and make sure that everything is super clean and organised. Your apartment is super clean, light and bright with all opening windows and a small sit on balcony. The carpet is new and the walls freshly painted. The views are south to the city with harbour glimpses. All luxury towels, sheets, cotton blankets, doona and pillows provided. There is a big comfy sofa but its not a fold out bed. The apartment really only suits 2 people as the bathroom is ensuite so a guest on the lounge would have to walk through the separate bedroom to use the bathroom. There are 4 rooms. The kitchen has a full fridge, oven and electric cooktop, dishwasher and washing machine & drier. The lounge/dining area has a table and 4 chairs, huge black leather lounge and TV/ DVD with pay TV. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, a ceiling fan, wonderful white bedlinen, and lots of hanging and shelf space. The bathroom has 2 sinks, mirrored cupboard space, a toilet, shower and heated towel rail. We are on the NBN so the WIFI works. Your apartment is on the second floor of an eight story block in a quiet street. It is very safe - great for a girl by herself. There is lift access to your apartment via an undercover but not security carpark designated for you. There is no shared area in the block itself. There is a clothes line in the garden for the building (and you) to use. I am very happy to talk/email with you prior to arrival to help you organise your time in beautiful Sydney. I do a lot of local housesitting so will be nearby and very happy to help you or if I am away a friend will look after you. Cremorne is a green leafy suburb. It is quiet - honestly birds are about the only disturber !! The great thing is Military Road - which is the main road from the city to Manly is a 5 minute stroll away, buses travel frequently in both directions. Shops, including a supermarket, many restaurants and a wonderful art decor cinema are within a 10 minute stroll. The ferry at Cremorne Point is a 15 minute walk down ( make that a 20 minute walk back up). A car park is provided, it is undercover but not security. Washing cannot be hung or left on the balcony.
