Ideal group accommodation for up to 12 people. A 10 minute walk from the pub and situated in the iconic Llanberis Pass and surrounded by stunning Snowdonia landscape in a rural location. With free private parking and only minutes away from Llanberis with its Lake railway and Snowdon Mountain Railway, and the longest Zip wire in Europe in easy reach, this truly is a fantastic base for an action packed adventure weekend or short stay. Please note you need to bring your own bedding with you. The bunkhouse is situated in the iconic Llanberis Pass at the foot of Snowdon. The village pub is just a 5 minute walk away and Llanberis is just 3 miles. There are beaches, castles, steam trains, the famous Zip wire, walking, scrambling and climbing all on your doorstep. Within a short walk there are the public footpaths to the Glyders and Elidir Fawr and we are on the best route for the 15 Peaks. There are several scrambles opposite the house - Bryants Gully is just up the road and yoy can walk to the besr climbs in the Llanberis Pass such as Crackstone Rib, carreg Wastad, Dinas Mot, Cemetery Gates and Cenotaph Corner. Bangor train station is just 8 miles away and we have a regular bus service in the Snowdon Sherpa that stops outside the house and during the summer there is a bus roughly every 20 minutes that travels clockwise and anti-clockwise aroundSnowdon allowing you to go up on one path and come down on another. A reliable taxi service is also available. We are less than 10 miles from the A55 Expressway. We privide pillows but you need to bring your own bedding/sleeping bags with you.
