Nice Loft with Pool, Parking, WiFi, Air Condition

Amazing Loft, completely renewed with nice modern furnitures. The apartment is in a strategic location, exactly between Florence and Siena, but also between San Gimignano and the main Chianti area! Lot of Wine Farms in the area which is characterized by vineyards and olive groves. The apartment is equipped with Wifi and Air Conditioning. The apartment is part of the basement of our own villa but it's really airy and bright thanks to a big window door which is also the main entrance. The pool will be to share only with our family, and no other guests (Often we are very busy with our jobs, so the pool will be like at your private disposal for the most of the time). Private Parking inside the electronic gate of our villa. We will provide you the remote control to be 100% free! :) Pool is open from 1st April to 30th September. The apartment: - Private entrance by the big window door directly from the ground of our villa. There are no steps but as the apartment is a basement there is a short downhill path easy to walk. - Air Conditioning - Wifi - Queen size double bed - TV - Bathroom with Shower, WC, washbasin, Bidet - An Armchair and a sofa (The sofa can be prepared as a french bed if you are 3 or 4 people). We remember you that the apartment is a loft so it's a unique space with no separated bedrooms. It's a unique open space! - A table ideal for 4 people (with 4 chiars) - The small kitchenette area with: small washbowl, induction panel, fridge and freezer, espresso coffee maker, of course plates, Kettle, glasses, cups and cutlery. - The loft is developed on a unique floor. The few steps that you can see in the photos they just bring to a door which is always closed. It was a second passage to our family house. The ground: In the big garden of our villa you'll find a private parking area and the pool which is equipped with sun beds, sun umbrellas, a gazebo and table with chairs. Everything it will be at your complete disposal. Pool is open from 1st April to 30th September. (Exceptionally it could be possible that we close the pool later in according with the weather and not only). The area: - Just 4 Km from the town of Poggibonsi where you'll find 4 big grocerie stores and supermarkets, 3 cinemas, pharmacies, atm, banks, petrol stations and all kind of shops!! - Train Station and bus stop: To stay here you'll need to have your own car. However if you like to move by train or buses there is a convenient train station close to the center of Poggibonsi, just 4 Km from the apartment. - Many wine farms: For example: Castello della Paneretta, Fattoria di Cinciano, Fattoria Le Fonti and many others!! - Great Tuscan restaurants just 2 Km away: Osteria 1126 (In the wine farm of Cinciano), La Sosta di Pio (Along the way between Poggibonsi and Barberino Val d'Elsa (2,5 Km away). Osteria il Campanellino. Also in Poggibonsi you'll find lot of nice and cheap osteria and all kind of restaurants including American Hamburgers, a great Sushi, and so on.. - Places to visit: San Gimignano (14 km away) the medieval village with lot of towers setting on the top of a hill covered of vineyards, Colle di Val d'Elsa (10 Km away) with the medieval high part of the village and the fluvial natural area where you can swim in the river during the summer. Also here the path of 8 km flat between Poggibonsi and Colle di Val d'Elsa if you like to have a nice walk keeping in touch with the nature. Volterra (30 Km away) amazing panoramic road between San Gimignano and Volterra! Monteriggioni: The unique medieval village which still preserve entire circle walls. Siena: It's just 20 minutes driving and here you can park the car inside the soccer stadium which is just next to the center and to the pedestrian area!Florence city center: about 35 minutes away. If you prefer you can reach Florence by train from Poggibonsi in just one hour arriving at the rail station of Santa Maria Novella, so in the center. Many trains from the very early morning to the late evening. Chianti Area: You are in the Chianti area here and you can drive on the Chianti road reaching some wine farms and villages such as Castellina in Chianti, San Donato in Poggio, Panzano in Chianti, Radda in Chianti and so on.. Pisa is just one hour and 30 minutes driving. Also Lucca at the same distance. Many nice beaches are just 1 hour and 30 minutes driving from the villa: Alberese which is a amazing natural reserve with bikes rentals at the free parking area. Here you can take the bike and cycling the paths to the beach! Also Follonica, Castiglione della Pescaia, Grosseto are ideal for a daily trip at the beach! - Airports: Florence Airport is about 40 minutes driving, Pisa Airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes driving, Bologna Airport about 1 hour and 30 minutes driving, Rome Airports about 2 hours and half. The area of the villa: The area is really 100% safe and quiet, ideal place to relax while you'll visit Tuscany! We are in the heart of the region, also just 2 Km from the entrance of the freeway Florence - Siena.
