This stunning Victorian waterside home is nestled on the banks of the River Exe in the sea side town of Exmouth, Devon. With period features throughout, this eclectic terraced house is ideally situated a few minutes walk away from the railway station, town centre, marina and the main beach. Take a walk down the garden path to sit on the jetty to watch the tides and the sunset. Stay and enjoy everything Exmouth has to offer, from days on the water to world famous meals out . This beautiful house has two double bedrooms, both with views of the estuary. It can comfortably sleep four guests. There is a large dining room with a wood burning stove and a cosy sitting room with armchair and sofa. The kitchen features a white Aga cooker and has views through the garden down to the water. Guest will have access to the whole house except for two rooms, one situated on the top floor and one on the ground floor. The host will usually be available throughout your stay . Some garden maintenance will be done from time to time. A phone number will be provided once booked. Exmouth is surrounded by the beautiful Exe estuary with is nature reserves and countryside behind. The World Heritage Jurassic coastline extends from Exmouth to Dorset creating some beautiful walks and stunning scenery. The world famous River Exe Cafe is a one minute walk and water taxi ride away, remember to book in advance throughout the year. Hire a bicycle locally and explore the cycle paths running alongside the estuary. Easy access to the train station and buses. There is free street parking in the road outside the property and a car park 1 minute walk away.
