Bonnie View quirky cottage overlooking River Spey

Bonnie View is a detached cottage overlooking the River Spey and a stones throw from the Speyside Way long distance walk. Craigellachie is set in an area of outstanding beauty and has 2 unique whisky bars which offer food around 50 metres from the cottage. Bonnie View has a dining kitchen, separate sitting room with sofa bed overlooking the river Spey, twin bedroom and bathroom with over bath shower, it also has its own off street parking in front of the building. Bonnie View was at one time an old telephone exchange. It was renovated by putting an extension on the front and a sunroom on the back. It has its own off street parking at the front of the building for two cars The sitting room at the front can be used as a second bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed The guests have use of the whole cottage. There are steps at the side of the building and also steps leading down to the lounge We have a B&B at the top of 100 steps which is next to the cottage. We are available to answer any questions or give any local information Craigellachie is home to The Speyside Cooperage which is a great visitor attraction where you can watch whisky barrels being made There are two hotels in the village with lovely restaurants The Speyside Way (long distance walk) runs through the village Car is the best form of transport, there is a good bus service and also taxis in the village Two hotels with whisky bars are only a stones throw from Bonnie View where they serve great food
