Located in the lively suburb of Moseley, it is also in easy reach of Birmingham City Centre and Birmingham Airport. This stunning first floor apartment is within a beautiful detached Victorian house, set back from the road and surrounded by trees and a private garden. It is a short 5-10 minute walk into the heart of Moseley Village, with fantastic range of independent cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment has been recently renovated and is ultra modern inside, but retains many original Victorian features such as coving and stained glass windows. There is 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a small sofabed (90cm x 180cm) in the kitchen/lounge, which accommodates a child (or small adult!) Central heating and WiFi throughout. Guests can self check-in. Access to this first floor apartment is via a shared front door and up a flight of stairs (no lift). Guests have sole use of the apartment and use of a shared garden. I am local to the area and available should you need help with anything during your stay. I am contactable via Air BnB or over the phone. There is plenty of free parking available. There are 3 parking spaces on the driveway which are shared with the 4 other apartments in the property on a first come first served basis. There is also ample free street parking directly in front of the property so finding a space is never an issue.
