located in the best residential area of Mannheim, in the Oststadt. 2-minute walk from the Water Tower and the Rosengarten congress center, 10 min walk to the central station Bus: Frederick Place. Internet, coffee maker, refrigerator, bathtub, quiet. One note: we love pets. But we have had bad experiences (excessive dog hair, and worse). This is why we charge an additional fee of 15€ to compensate our cleaning staff for the extra work. The apartment is bright , modern and very well located. At the foot of the Rose Garden, the scene of cafes and restaurants on the water tower are within a few steps. The SAP Arena is easily accessible by tram . Ideal for business trips , conference attendance (m : con , Rose Garden ) , studying, concerts or event visits ( National Theatre, Time Warp , etc) . Located in the heart of the Rhine -Neckar , Mannheim is a perfect base for trips to Heidelberg , Schwetzingen ( Schwetzingen ) , Speyer, Worms ( Nibelungen Festival ) Our breakfast tips: alternatively, the bakery around the corner : Grimminger bakery (Elisabeth Strasse ) daily open 6:45 a.m. on the weekend at 8:00 a.m. or right next to it : butcher Hauk At 10am nearby cafes open for breakfast Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Very well maintained property with elevator , newly renovated apartment. Parking space ( residents parking permit ) available for a fee (5 EUR / day). The apartment is fully let. The double bed provides max. 2 people (1.60 m wide), additional folding bed 3rd person available. internet (WIFI ) including Bed linen, towels are provided. Coffee machine ( Senseo pads incl ), Kettle (various teas ) are available free of charge. Key exchange via keybox (no personal interaction). Otherwise you have the apartment to yourself. The Oststadt is the preferred residential area of Mannheim . Quiet but central , lots of green plants (eg Luisen Park ) . Bus stop Friedrichplatz around the corner , tram stop opposite the Water Tower , Central Station in 10 minutes. Be nice to the squirrels :) No TV, but Hairdryer :)
